Product Replacement and Return Policy

According to the Consumer Protection Law, customers of the AB tech online store have the right to exchange or return purchased products within 14 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must not have been used and must show no signs of wear (such as scratches, chips, abrasions), alterations, or damage;

  • The product must be complete, including all components listed in the user manual or product passport;

  • The original packaging must remain intact;

  • All labels and factory markings must be preserved.

You can return or exchange products:

  • At our office located at: 1A Kubanskoi Ukrainy St., Kyiv, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM;

  • For customers outside Kyiv, returns can be sent via a courier or freight service.

Product replacement or refund will be processed within 5 business days from the date we receive the returned product.


Warranty Repair

Warranty repairs are performed at manufacturer-authorized service centers under the terms and timeframes defined by the manufacturer and Ukrainian law.

For your convenience, our manager will provide you with a list of all authorized service centers so you can choose the nearest one. Additionally, this list is available on our website and in your warranty card.

You may send the product to us using the same delivery method you received it by (courier or postal service). We will handle the repair at an authorized service center and return the repaired, fully functional product to you.


What if the service center cannot repair your product within the warranty period?

If the product purchased from us fails due to manufacturer defects during the warranty period and cannot be repaired at an authorized service center, we will replace it with a new one or refund your money.

Please provide:

  • The product with full original components;

  • Warranty card;

  • Purchase receipt or invoice;

  • Official service center report confirming whether repair is possible or if the product is beyond repair.


Circumstances in which the service center may refuse warranty repair:

  • Warranty card is incomplete or incorrectly filled out (e.g., missing customer signature confirming acceptance of warranty terms);

  • Serial number is missing, unreadable, altered, or does not match the product;

  • Misuse or violation of operating instructions, or lack of timely maintenance as specified in the manual;

  • Improper storage or transportation, visible external or internal damage caused by usage, or faults resulting from overloading during operation;

  • Household-use products used for commercial or professional purposes;

  • Warranty seals tampered with or broken;

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications performed by unqualified personnel or organizations.


Warranty does not cover:

  • Failures caused by factors beyond the manufacturer's control such as power surges, natural disasters, or poor fuel quality;

  • Damage to power cords or plugs due to repeated bending or mechanical damage;

  • Parts that wear out naturally or require regular maintenance or diagnostics;

  • Consumables and expendable parts (e.g., RTV, brushes, rubber seals, pulleys, chains, tires, blades, batteries, etc.);

  • Routine maintenance work such as adjustments or cleaning;

  • Damage caused by careless handling or improper use (exposure to improper temperatures, liquids, dust, or foreign objects inside the device);

  • Damage resulting from improper use or violation of operating instructions.
