The combined sewer cleaning machine integrates the functions of a sludge vacuum and a sewer jetting machine. This vehicle can clean pipes up to 1000 mm in diameter. It is equipped with a high-pressure pump delivering 160 bar pressure and a flow rate of 185 l/min. The vacuum pump has a capacity of up to 1500 l/min.

Inside the tank, a piston separates the sludge compartment from the clean water compartment. The piston can move along the tank, increasing one compartment while decreasing the other. The hose length is up to 120 meters. This combined machine is used for simultaneous sewer pipe cleaning and sludge suction.

The chassis is fitted with a 10 m³ cylindrical steel tank (8 + 2 m³), with a wall thickness ranging from 4 to 6 mm. The tanker also includes a powerful pump unit.

A service platform made of perforated metal with an anti-slip surface is provided for servicing the manhole. For convenient and safe operation, the platform is equipped with stairs and handrails.

The rear bottom of the tank has three round inspection windows for visual monitoring of the tank’s fill level. If the transparent elements lose clarity, they are easily replaceable. The hydro-wash design and welded stainless steel sheet simplify sludge unloading from the tank.

Two powerful hydraulic cylinders lift the tank cover upward, and then the tank unloads by tipping forward with the help of a hydraulic cylinder located at the front of the tank. An engine muffling system is provided during tank filling to prevent liquid from entering the pump.

A piston pump, driven by a hydraulic pump or power take-off shaft, is connected to the tanks for sewer pipe cleaning with adjustable output. A 120 m high-pressure hose reel with hydraulic drive is also included.

A separate control unit operates the tank, pumps, hose reel, and hydraulic systems.

• The sludge vacuum equipment is used for cleaning wells and settling tanks at industrial wastewater treatment facilities, as well as for loading, transporting, and unloading non-aggressive and non-explosive liquid waste.

• The sewer jetting equipment enables the machine to wash vehicles, equipment, and various surfaces with high-pressure water jets.

• The machine comes with a set of flushing nozzles, which are selected based on pipe diameter and clogging level. A stainless steel sheet is installed on the tank bottom to improve sludge unloading.
