A combined sewer jetting machine integrates the functions of both a vacuum sludge suction unit and a sewer cleaning machine. This vehicle can clean pipes with diameters up to 1000 mm. It is equipped with a high-pressure pump delivering 180 bar and a flow rate of 127 l/min. The vacuum pump has a capacity of up to 1500 l/min.

Inside the tank, a piston separates the sludge compartment from the clean water compartment. The piston can move along the tank, increasing the volume of one compartment while decreasing the other. The hose length reaches up to 120 meters. This combined machine is used for simultaneous sewer pipe flushing and sludge suction.

The chassis is fitted with a 6 cubic meter (4+2) round-section steel tank with a wall thickness ranging from 4 to 6 mm. The tanker also includes a powerful pumping system.

A technological platform made of perforated anti-slip metal is provided for servicing the manhole. For convenient and safe operation, the platform is equipped with stairs and handrails.

The tank’s rear bottom has three round inspection windows for visual control of the tank filling. If these transparent elements lose clarity, they can be easily replaced. The design includes a hydraulic wash system and a welded stainless steel sheet to simplify sludge unloading from the tank.

Two powerful hydraulic cylinders lift the lid upwards, allowing the tank to be unloaded via a tipping mechanism powered by a hydraulic cylinder located at the front of the tank. An engine shut-off system is installed to activate when the tank fills, preventing liquid from entering the pump.

A piston pump connected to the tank, driven by a hydraulic pump or power take-off shaft, is used for sewer pipe cleaning with adjustable capacity. A hydraulic-driven reel for a 120 m high-pressure hose is also provided.

A separate control unit manages the tank, pumps, reel, and hydraulic systems.

• The sludge suction equipment is used for cleaning wells and settling tanks at industrial wastewater treatment plants, as well as for loading, transporting, and unloading non-aggressive and non-explosive liquid waste.

• The sewer jetting equipment enables the machine to wash vehicles, equipment, and various surfaces with high-pressure water jets.

• The machine comes with a set of flushing nozzles selected based on pipe diameter and degree of clogging. To improve sludge unloading, a stainless steel sheet is installed on the tank bottom.
